Compensation:
• $385,000/year (1099), plus $200/hour overtime

Schedule & Benefits:
• Four 10-hour shifts per week (46 weeks/year)
• 6 weeks PTO (90-day notice preferred)
• CME reimbursement up to $1,500/year
• Bi-weekly pay

This role offers predictable scheduling, consistent income, and full independence.

• $225/hour
• 7-hour guaranteed shift for each day worked
• Shifts offered as needs arise (not guaranteed weekly)

Environment:
• Three ORs, an OB suite, and two procedure bays
• General, orthopedic, GI, OB, and light peds/neuro/vascular
• Regional anesthesia training available
• Flexible call options and travel assignment opportunities

Compensation:
• W-2: $275,000/year (benefits, 401(k), malpractice, 6 weeks PTO)
• 1099: $375,000/year (malpractice included)

Schedule:
• Guaranteed 40 hours/week
• 6-, 8-, and 10-hour shifts
• 24-hour call rotation (about 1 in 5)
