Option 1 — Two-Year Commitment

• $185/hour
   
• Guaranteed four 10-hour shifts per week (52 weeks/year)
   
• Six weeks paid time off (90-day notice preferred)
   
• CME reimbursement up to $1,500/year
   
• Overtime/Over-Appointment: $200/hour
   
• Bi-weekly pay (one-cycle delay)
   

Option 2 — No Commitment

• $225/hour
   
• No guaranteed shifts
   
• No CME reimbursement
   
• Unpaid time off permitted with 90-day notice
   

This role provides the opportunity to practice independently in a collegial, well-equipped hospital setting with:

• Three operating rooms, an OB suite, and two procedure bays
   
• Comprehensive case mix including general, orthopedic, GI, OB, with light pediatrics, neuro, and vascular
   
• Training support in regional anesthesia and spinal/epidural techniques, as needed
   
• Flexible call options with optional travel assignments (bonus hourly pay available)
   

• W-2 Employment: $275,000 annually (includes malpractice coverage, health benefits, 401(k), and six weeks PTO)
   
• 1099 Contract: $375,000 annually (malpractice coverage included)
   
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week with 6/8/10-hour shifts
   
• 24-hour call rotation (approximately 1 in 5 weeknights/weekends)
   
• Opportunities available for new graduates
