Owner, Chief Executive Officer

Jason began his career over 20 years ago as a Manager of a prominent family-owned construction company in Middle Tennessee. Eventually he began his own successful construction company. When the Recession impacted the housing industry, Jason made a significant career pivot into the medical field, discovering new talents as an ICU Nurse. His passion for medicine and patient care led him to specialize in Anesthesia at the University of Michigan. With his deep expertise in the field, Jason recognized the need to connect skilled anesthesia providers with the right opportunities. This insight led to the creation of Challenge Anesthesia, a company dedicated to placing competent providers in positions that offer both competitive rates and mutual benefits for all parties involved.

Chief Operating Officer

Becca brings over 15 years of experience in administrative and human resource roles, including positions at the University of Michigan Human Resources and as the Human Resources Director at Michigan Mitigation.

In the aftermath of the pandemic, Rebecca discovered a profound fulfillment in her role as a Licensed Personnel Agent within the medical field. She is passionate about bridging the gap between medical facilities and highly skilled professionals, ensuring that healthcare needs are met with the utmost competence and care.

Credentialing Specialist  

Jordan has built a significant portion of her career as a Dental Hygienist, most recently serving at the University of Michigan, where she also held a position as Adjunct Faculty. When family commitments led her to explore a new path, she discovered a passion for personnel staffing and became a Licensed Personnel Agent with Sentient Ventures in 2022. Now, Jordan joins her husband of 20 years at Challenge Anesthesia, bringing her medical knowledge and staffing expertise to support a dedicated team of Anesthesia Providers and contribute to the broader medical community.
